Seller terms
Last updated October 27, 2026 (version 2026-10-27)
These terms cover companies (“you”) that offer paid perks to developers through Adorably: the seller tools at mcp.adorably.io, which you use by our invitation, and the offers, claims and payments that follow. In these terms, “we” means Adorably, a trade name of Amla Labs, Inc. You accept these terms when you pay through Stripe Checkout, where you tick the box that names them, and they apply to everything you do as a seller from then on. The terms of use cover developers.
Offers and labels
An offer is the card a developer sees in Claude Code: your company name, the value, one line, a landing page we approved, and targeting by project tags. We write the “why” line that says which part of the developer’s project matched; you never write it.
Every paid offer is labeled Sponsored, on the card, in the Perks pane and in its “why”, so developers always know it is paid (as the FTC requires for paid endorsements and advertising). You may not ask for the label to be removed, or make an offer look unpaid.
Relevance decides whether an offer is shown. Your price only breaks a tie between offers that match a project equally well; it never puts an offer in front of a better match.
Moderation and the first-offer review
Every offer is checked before it goes live: its copy against the length limits and these terms, its landing page (it must load, and may redirect only within its own host and the landing page hosts of your offers we approved) and, when enabled, by an AI model. Your first offer, an offer whose landing page is on a host we have not approved for you, offers from a flagged account and offers moderation is unsure about are reviewed by a person before they go live. We may reject, pause or remove an offer at any time; a rejection says what to change.
The best offers are exclusive to Adorably: more credits, a longer trial or a discount a developer cannot get from your public pricing page. An offer with the same terms as your public free tier waits for a person to review it.
Prohibited categories
We do not accept offers for:
- cryptocurrency, tokens, NFTs, airdrops, coin launches, crypto trading, mining, staking or wallets;
- gambling: casinos, betting, sportsbooks, poker, lotteries and the like;
- adult or sexual content and services;
- consumer financial products: loans, insurance, mortgages, forex and CFDs, binary options, credit repair, debt relief, stock tips, investment returns, credit card offers;
- “make money” schemes: passive income, get-rich, work-from-home, MLM, side-hustle pitches;
- resold VPNs and proxies.
Also refused: misleading or unverifiable claims, landing pages that redirect off their own host and your approved hosts, and anything illegal where the developer is.
Claims and activations
A claim is a developer choosing to claim your offer in the Adorably mod. Claims are counted one per unique install per offer, deduplicated by install and by IP address: a repeat claim from the same install is the same claim, and another install claiming the same offer from the same network within 30 days is recorded but not billed. So is a claim from an install we did not see active across at least 30 minutes before it, and one from a new install on a network that made many claims from new installs that day; such claims still count toward your daily cap, apart from billed ones, so they never run past it.
An activation is a valid call to /v1/redeem with your seller key for a code Adorably issued with one of your claims, one per claim. Activations are billed only if you set an activation price.
Prices, balance and the monthly minimum
- You set your prices: at least $2 per claim, and optionally a price per activation (we suggest at least $10).
- Your balance is prepaid. Top-ups are at least $100, through Stripe Checkout; sales tax is added where it applies. With auto-recharge on, we charge the card from your last Checkout when your balance falls below the level you set.
- Claims and activations are billed from your balance when they happen. When your balance cannot cover the next claim, your offer stops taking claims until you add funds; a claim never takes your balance below zero.
- Once you have been live for a full calendar month, there is a monthly minimum of $99 a month. That month’s claim and activation charges, less credits, count toward it, and only the shortfall is charged to your balance.
Fraud credits and disputes
We look for claims that are not real developers (bursts of claims from one network, blocked installs, installs deleted soon after claiming) and credit them back to your balance automatically within 7 days of the claim.
To dispute a claim, email hello@adorably.io with the claim id and why. A claim is credited at most once.
Refunds
Prepaid balance you have not spent is refundable on request, less Stripe’s processing fees and any other costs of the refund. Refunds go back to the card that paid. Write to hello@adorably.io. A balance left unused on a closed or abandoned account may be forfeited after we have offered a refund.
Founding sponsors
While spots last (20 in all), a founding sponsor pays $1,000 a month for 3 months, prepaid, and the whole amount becomes balance. Claims are locked at $2 per claim for 12 months from the start, and the monthly minimum is waived during the prepaid term. Founding sponsors may be featured on adorably.io. It is visibility only, never ranking: a founding sponsor’s offers are ranked like any other. Unused founding credit is refundable on the same terms as any balance.
Claim handlers and the developer’s email
You may give an offer a claim handler: code that Adorably runs in a sandbox once per claim, so the claim can open a personal link, such as a signup with the perk applied. When the developer agrees to share it, a claim carries the email address the developer types into Adorably for perks. It is passed once to your handler, for that claim only. Adorably stores only that it was shared and when, never the address itself. A developer who shares no email gets your plain landing page, and the handler does not run.
Once your handler receives an email, your privacy policy governs it, and you are responsible for it. An offer with a handler must link your privacy policy, which the developer sees before sharing. Use the address only to give the developer the perk and run the account they asked for, and honor their requests to stop or delete. Handlers may reach only the landing page hosts of your offers we approved, and run within the time, memory and network limits we publish.
Your account
Keep your sign-in and seller keys safe; what is done with them is on your account. You confirm that you may act for your company, that your offers are true and that you will honor every claim and code you are billed for.
Termination and bans
You can pause your offers or close your account at any time, and ask for your unspent balance back as above. We may suspend or close an account, and remove its offers, for breaking these terms, for fraud or abuse, or to protect developers. A ban pauses every offer at once, voids unused codes and blocks the company’s sign-in identities and email addresses from signing up again.
No warranty
Adorably is provided “as is”. We do not promise any number of impressions, claims or activations. To the extent the law allows, Adorably is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date and version above and email you. Submitting a new offer needs the current version, which you accept at your next Stripe Checkout. If you do not accept it, you can close your account and ask for your unspent balance back as above.
